Hi beauties, How are you guys doing today? It’s been a minute. I’m scared you guys will eventually dump me and my inconsistency lol but please don’t, I have nowhere else to go 😩 I’m back now.

DISCLAIMER : I’m not a Pinterest expert I don’t even know what I’m doing half the time but through doing the wrong things I’ve learnt the right ones. I’ve also done A LOT of research on Pinterest. I’ve gotten the hang of it now Hence this post.

I’m going to be writing today’s post because it’s one of my most highly requested posts, Mostly I post pictures and growth level on my instastory Click here to join my InstaFam.

Are people always talking about Pinterest and you can’t relate cuz you know nothing about it???

Do you have a Pinterest account you abandoned because you have no clue how to use it??

Fear not, For your Pinterest Godmother is here and I will be putting you through on how to use Pinterest💁‍♀️💁‍♀️ I also added videos😁

So well talk about how to start and what to do before I let you in on how I got 104k from 54k monthly views in 2days

What is Pinterest??

Pinterest is more or less like a search engine, kind of like Google but easier to Navigate. It allows you find videos and pictures of anything and everything all you need it one key word. I get that you can do this

How to get started???

1. Open a Pinterest account HERE

2. Create a Business Profile

3.Put up a clear picture/Logo of your brand as your profile picture

4. In the part that says “About” , Brifely explain to your audience what they should expect to see on your page and how you can help them. Kind of like an intro.

5.Create Boards

6.PINS : Now on Pinterest, pinning is a general word for adding Pictures to your board.

BOARDS: Boards are like different categories of different things on your Pinterest account.

You don’t understand??

Having a board on your Pinterest account is like opening a “New” folder on your laptop . Now imagine naming that folder “NEXTDOORCHIC” it means all the pictures(in this case cuz you just pin pictures on Pinterest) you put inside will be all about “Nextdoorchic”

The process of putting pictures in that folder is called “PINNING”

You pin a picture of yourself to a board on your Pinterest that says “Me” (yeah don’t do this) lol. I hope you understand now, I don’t know how to explain stuff

7. Now that you have mastered the art!! CREATE MORE BOARDS AND PIN!!

P.s you could also pin your own things they don’t have to be someone else. You can pin your own things e.g your blog posts , pictures etc

People will definitely repin and you’ll get traffic

8. For every Board you create don’t forget to include a description .

That’s all for starters 💁‍♀️

In the next class, we’ll go into a more details and learn about board covers, Pinterest groups etc

How I grew from 54k monthly views to 104k monthly views in 2days??

It’s simple and it goes back to Tip No 7.

People tend to underrated pinning on Pinterest, Pinterest is a very needy app and to get through just keep pinning . Create at least 10 different boards for starters and Pin over 25 pictures in each . You’ll see a massive growth on your views Creating different boards and pinning on Pinterest is what makes you active enough for your monthly views to increase. YOU HAVE TO PIN OVER 30pictures daily( that’s what I do)

P.sss I almost forgot FOLLOW PEOPLE. It’s just as important. Follow people with similar interests

HERE’S A LINK TO MY PINTEREST see you on the other side😁

That will be all for now. I look forward to the next post with you guys ❤️ Have a beautiful week 💗

Do you have Pinterest?

How often do you use it?

Do you have any other tips??

    1. You’re welcome dear. It depends on what the board is about , it could be a board about shoes , your description box could say “Sharing my love for shoes with you…etc”
      You know?

  7. Pinterest is definitely the way forward for bloggers. I’ve read so many posts that mention how the majority of their traffic is from Pinterest. Can you recommend any group boards for bloggers? I’ve joined a few but a lot aren’t accepting new contributors.
